urbanWEALTH LLC is managed by Theodore Lipscomb. Members of urbanWEALTH have a shared investment interest in urban revitalization. Mr. Lipscomb has more than 12 years of involvement in real estate development projects which include: historic preservation, adaptive re-use, condominium conversion, rehabilitation, renovation, and new construction. His role has included schematic design, regulatory approval, financial structuring, contract negotiation, bidding, and construction on both residential and commercial projects. Mr. Lipscomb has worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors. He has a degree in Architectural Studies and a Certificate in Urban Planning.
